BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The Board of Directors lays down the broad policy guidelines for the operation of the company. At present, the board is made up of five directors led by Mr. John Tanimola Obaro as chairman. The other board members are Mrs. A. Ogunkanmi, Mr. Oladejo Fajobi, Mr. Dare Ifelayo and Mr. Richard Tunji Oba as the Chief Executive Officer.

THE MANAGEMENT TEAM

The management team comprises of selected groups of professionals who are dedicated to applying their talents to finding creative options for meeting the diverse investment and finance requirements of domestic and international clients. Mr. Richard Tunji Oba -- Chief Executive Officer, leads the team.
